Polar FT4 Heart rate monitor

After seeing lots of these Polar watches on twitter and Instagram I have finally got my hands on one myself.
I have been using it for a while now and it has been great for tracking my workouts.
You input all of your info and it calculates how many calories you burn, your heart rate and whether you are working within 'the zone' i.e working hard enough! It also has a timer and can save up to ten workouts, which is great, so no more slacking!
