Exercise is the best medicine

It is amazing how much better a bti of exercise can make you feel, I have been having a real rubbish week everyone's ill, lethargic and fed up. An hour at the gym and I have come home a new woman!
I'm happier and have tons more energy than I've had all week.




I'm sure you have all seen this quote somewhere before and it is so true.
After having Evie my second child I suffered with post-natal depression, I began to exercise more and more and I certainly noticed the benefits. Even now exercise is like my drug if I haven't exercised for a couple of days I notice my energy levels drop, my mood drops and I feel quite anxious. As well as the physical benefits from exercise, I love the mental benefits too and I think this is so important for me to be the best mummy I can, happy mummy means happy kids!
