There are just 9 weeks to go until the big day, it is coming round quickly and my progress is slowing down which is frustrating!! Im not trying to lose weight for the wedding, my dress already fits perfectly. But the thought of getting into a bikini on honeymoon still scares me a little,
The last couple of weeks I have really cleaned up my diet and planned out in advance what I am going to eat and so far its working. What you can see in the picture below is pretty much what I eat everyday, may look boring to some, but Its actually nice. Along side food I am drinking a lot more water which is something I have never been very good at, and I am still having my cup of tea in the morning and one at night (i will never swap them for green tea!)
I have also started to run more.... Living in the countryside there are some lovely places to run so I thought why not take advantage of it.
I do have to drag myself out of the door to start, but once I get into the run I gradually begin to enjoy it and come back feeling great. I am slowly trying to run further each time.
At the minute my workout week looks like this:-
Mon- Spin class, upper body weights
Tues- Rest
Wed- Run
Thurs-Run + weights
Friday- Run + weights
Sat- Rest
Sun- Rest
A little tweak of the diet and exercise and I will hopefully see some more results within 9 weeks
