Training for my wedding


For those of you know don't already know I am getting married in June this year, which is one of the reasons I am training so much. 
I have been having some personal training sessions since the beginning of the year 
1. To give me a kick start after the xmas break
2. To take me out of my comfort zone.
But they are also great if you need a starting point or a bit of guidance. Simon my trainer makes it fun, interesting and most importantly challenging!

Heres some of the exercises that I have been doing:

Walking lunges
Press ups
Cycle crunches
TRX squat
Tricep dips
Plyometric lunges
Dead lifts 35kg
Single leg squats
Boxing
Jump squats
Mountain climber
Single arm row 12kg
Core
Shoulder press 10kg
Squats 30kg
Static lunges
TRX back exercises

Most were super sets with little rest!
