This is my favourite breakfast it is tasty, very filling and most importantly CLEAN.
Recipe;
100g porridge oats
1 egg white
1 tsp stevia
150ml skimmed or almond milk
pinch on cinnamon
Blend the oats and the mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, heat a frying pan and place a large spoonful of the mixture into the pan. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
Mixture should make a few smaller pancakes or two large ones.
I usually have mine with honey and then lots of blueberries on top
