If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you




Thought I would post a workout that I did at gym today, I really wasn't feeling it today and had zero energy but Im not going to get the results I want by being lazy so thought I better make it productive. 


I aimed to do 3 sets of 10-15 reps of each exercise.
A lot of the exercises I did in super sets to get my heart rate up and make it harder!

5 minute warm up on treadmill


1.TRX squats followed by Jump squats 

2.Barbell squats followed by 30 second plank

3.barbell lunges followed by over head press

4.heavy dead lift 

5.tricep pull downs followed by bicep curls

6.leg press machine

7.bent over row followed by tricep dips

8.kettle bell sumo squats followed by press ups

ten minutes HIIT on treadmill


HIIT means high intensity interval training, so I ran as fast as I could for 30 seconds then rest for 30 seconds so usually jump on the sides on the treadmill for the rest, then jump back on.




Even when you really can't be bothered to exercise keep trying to picture your goal, get up and go..

Because no-one ever regrets a workout
