Stop wishing, Start doing...


One thing that really bugs me is hearing people moan about the way they look and what they want to change but yet they aren't willing to change their diet or add a bit of exercise into their daily lives.
Nothing happens over night and thats what people seem to expect these days, it takes hard work and a lot of dedication but if you want something so badly you have to be willing to make a few changes.

But I don't have time..... you make time.  I put my children to bed and then go to the gym at 7.30pm, sometimes it is the last thing I want to do after a long day with the kids I am exhausted, but I put on my gym kit, grab my trainers and off I go.
I'm not going to make any changes by sitting at home in front of the TV each night (the football is usually on our TV so the gym is a bit more exciting!)

My biggest motivation was when I could see my body changing and my hard work was finally paying off, that made me want to keep going. Im still a long way from where I want to be but if I stop   doing and start wishing I will never get there.
